FluxyOS is an Intelligent Finance Operating System that connects financial operations, accounting, business operations, enterprise workflows, and intelligence into one continuously connected system.
Currency is part of the workspace, not a separate tool. Your sales, expenses, budgets, and reports follow that choice. Documents can keep their own currency where supported.
IDR, PHP, SGD, or MYR. Chosen when you set up your workspace.

Journals, KPIs, and budgets use the workspace base currency.
Retain document amounts, source files, and reviewed conversion details.

An IDR workspace can issue this MYR invoice. Foreign-document journals are not posted automatically.
Illustrative rate, not a live quote. AI recognizes IDR, USD, and SGD; check any other currency manually.

Keep the document as it arrived. Check the currency and conversion before recording a receipt-backed expense in your workspace.
This example shows Receipt Capture. Foreign invoices and bills follow a separate workflow, without automatic journal posting.
Original document and rate stay with the record.
Compare the extracted total with the receipt. Confirm the rate, category, and cash impact before saving.
Sample rate. You confirm the conversion.
Choose the workspace currency at setup. Transactions, journals, budgets, and reports keep that same accounting basis.
Revenue, expenses, cash flow, and financial statements share the workspace base currency. Open the source records to understand what is—and is not—in your numbers.

What works today, and how your books stay consistent.
Workspace base currencies are IDR, PHP, SGD, and MYR. Invoices and bills support IDR, USD, SGD, PHP, and MYR as document currencies. USD is a document currency, not a workspace base currency today.
No. Choose the base currency during onboarding. It stays fixed so transactions, journals, budgets, and reports use the same accounting basis. The market selectors on this page show separate example workspaces; they do not change your books.
POS uses the workspace base currency for prices, sales, payments, and accounting. It is not a foreign-currency tender or currency-conversion service. POS availability depends on your workspace eligibility.
Not today. Foreign-currency invoices and bills retain their original currency. Their payments can record an exchange rate and a base-currency transaction, but those foreign-document flows are excluded from automatic journal posting. Review the accounting treatment separately.
AI currently recognizes IDR, USD, and SGD. Review the currency, amount, category, and exchange rate before saving an expense. The expense uses the workspace base currency, with the original amount and conversion details in notes. Supplier bills use a separate original-currency flow.
Budgets, dashboard KPIs, and financial statements use the workspace base currency. They do not mix raw amounts from different currencies or offer a display-currency switch. Account for foreign activity before relying on the posted-ledger reports.
Not today. Each workspace keeps its own books and reporting currency. Multi-entity consolidation, cross-workspace currency translation, and automatic FX revaluation are not part of this feature.
