Keep the original record
The invoice, receipt, payment, or stock record stays linked to its accounting.
FluxyOS is an Intelligent Finance Operating System. Connect supported sales, invoices, bills, and reviewed expenses to your books—without moving the same data between tools.
Follow a transaction into the booksIllustrative IDR records. Posting rules, mapping, and period checks still apply.
FluxyOS is an Intelligent Finance Operating System that connects financial operations, accounting, business operations, enterprise workflows, and intelligence into one continuously connected system.
Accounting Automation connects supported activity to the Accounting Center. The source record, journal, ledger, and financial statement stay part of the same workflow.
The invoice, receipt, payment, or stock record stays linked to its accounting.
Supported workflows create balanced entries. Mappings decide the account treatment.
Posted, unposted, and excluded sources do not mean the same thing.
Ledger balances feed financial statements, account detail, and period checks.
Supported source records connect to journals, ledgers, and reports in FluxyOS—without retyping the same details at every step.

Scaled estimatevs. ≈50 hours manually
Scaled estimateIllustrative usage estimate: under 10 minutes for 250 transactions, based on the product owner's example. Larger batches are estimated at the same pace, not independently measured. Manual comparison assumes 2 minutes per transaction, rounded to the nearest hour. Actual time varies with setup, review, exceptions, and document quality. These figures are not a guaranteed processing time.
Sales, receivables, payables, stock, and expenses have different jobs. They feed the same accounting kernel, not separate sets of books.
Follow five source workflows. Scroll through the activity or select a step to see the journal and where it appears in the books.
Sales and recorded payments follow posting rules. Discounts, refunds, and configured taxes keep their own accounting treatment.
An issued base-currency invoice creates a receivable and revenue. Its recorded payment clears the outstanding balance.
Record the supplier liability against the mapped expense account. Bills linked to goods received clear the receipt liability.
Goods receipts record inventory value. Configured recipes and stock movements connect consumed stock to COGS; waste is tracked separately.
Fluxy AI reads the document and suggests a category. You review the details before the saved expense enters accounting.

Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow use posted accounting data. In this example, five journals tie the reports together—from revenue to cash and inventory.
Issued invoices count as revenue; unpaid balances remain in receivables.
Assets equal liabilities plus equity. This example has no opening balances.
Unpaid invoices, supplier bills, and goods received on credit do not move cash in this example.
Illustrative, linked records—not live customer data. Unposted and excluded sources are not included in ledger-derived statements.
Import bank records and compare them with transactions. Confirm a match after checking the amount, date, and source—reconciliation stays a finance workflow, not a hidden AI decision.
Matched in this example. No account data was changed.
Set the Chart of Accounts and category mappings. Configured tax records keep tax liabilities separate from revenue.
Tax Center functionality is Indonesia-specific today.
Check the trial balance and unposted sources before closing a period. Historical journals and source references keep the work traceable.

Revenue, expenses, receivables, and cash answer different questions. Read them together—and follow the recorded activity behind each figure.
Explore financial reportingThe sample books show Rp1.685.000 in revenue and Rp405.000 in operating expenses. Net income is Rp1.280.000.
The customer invoice adds Rp1.500.000 to revenue and receivables, but has not been paid. Cash movement is Rp185.000 received less Rp85.000 paid: Rp100.000.

Supported source workflows create balanced journals using posting rules and account mappings. Posted journals update ledger balances, which feed the Accounting Center’s financial statements. Review, mapping, and open-period checks still apply; not every transaction type has an automatic posting rule.
Supported sources include POS sales and refunds, issued invoices and their recorded payments, bills and their payments, goods receipts, configured stock-cost movements, and saved expenses. POS and inventory availability depend on workspace eligibility and setup.
No. Each workspace keeps one fixed base currency: IDR, PHP, SGD, or MYR. Invoices and bills can retain supported document currencies, but foreign-document flows are excluded from automatic journal posting. Review their accounting treatment separately. There is no display-currency translation or multi-entity consolidation.
Fluxy AI extracts supported document fields, suggests categories, and answers questions about recorded financial data. You review document results before saving. Posting rules—not an autonomous AI agent—determine journal lines. Automatic anomaly detection and forecasting are not part of this feature.
The Accounting Center surfaces unposted sources and mapping or period issues. Review and resolve the cause before posting. Ledger-derived statements include posted journal balances, not every saved operational record. Period-close checks help you identify missing postings before closing the books.
Yes. Accounting Center reports connect account lines to the General Ledger, journal detail, and source records. Journal references preserve the link to the operational activity, so finance teams can check the underlying record instead of re-entering it.
Bring supported operational activity, accounting records, and financial reporting into the same FluxyOS workflow.
