Questions, answered

A clearer setup.
A better starting point.

A few practical details for store owners and finance teams.

Can I compare the finances of my stores?

Outlet P&L compares posted revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and net profit by outlet within one workspace. Attribute the relevant source records to an outlet and review Unassigned amounts. The comparison is available to eligible workspaces with at least two outlets or branches.

Can FluxyOS consolidate separate franchise companies?

Outlet reporting is for locations within one workspace. It does not consolidate separate legal entities or franchisees. Royalty billing and franchise-specific management workflows are not included. Discuss your structure with sales before choosing a setup.

Will every cost and sale appear under an outlet?

Reporting uses the outlet assigned to supported records and their posted entries. Unassigned amounts stay visible for review. Invoices do not currently carry an outlet dimension, so their posted revenue appears under Unassigned. Complete the source records before comparing margins.

Does it connect to the POS and bank tools we already use?

FluxyOS has its own Point of Sale for eligible retail workspaces. This page does not promise connectors to third-party POS tools or live bank feeds. Use supported records and bank statement imports, then match statement lines to the financial records.

How do supplier bills and stock costs connect?

Record quantities and costs in goods receipts. Where applicable, link a supplier bill to the receipt so the purchase is not counted again as an operating expense. Supported sales can relieve mapped stock items and post cost of goods sold from recorded costs. Item mappings, cost coverage, and completed posting matter.
